Empowerment Through Property

Build Wealth, Sustain Health

Our flagship in-person event. A practical wealth building day for working professionals, landlords and investors, on how to build through property without leaving the rest of their financial life to chance. Three editions ran across 2026, in Croydon, Manchester and Hammersmith.

From here we run two a year. The next two are planned for 2027, one in spring and one in autumn. Join the list and you will hear the dates, venue and speakers before anyone else.

Why We Run Events

The property knowledge gap is costing people money.

Mortgages, credit, protection, and investment are not taught in school. We run events to close that gap, openly and in public, for anyone who wants to learn. Most of the costly mistakes we see in advice are not bad luck. They are unexplained decisions. Our events exist to make sure ours do not stay that way.

Real community

Connect with people on the same journey. First-time buyers, investors, professionals. The room is the room.

Real professionals

Every session is led by working professionals from the property and finance sector. Practical, current, and field-tested. Not theory.

Real tools

Every attendee leaves with checklists, guides, and frameworks they can actually apply. Calculators, document lists, and decision trees.

Our mission

Knowledge is power, but the application of knowledge is true power.

It is why the events exist. A room full of information changes nothing by itself. Everyone leaves with something they can act on that week, which is the whole point of running them in public.

What We Have Done

Credit Check Up: Online

An online session on credit. Understanding your UK credit report, repairing and improving your score, and the real impact of adverse credit. Attendees left with clear, practical steps they could act on the same week.

Empowerment Through Property: London

The first edition, at the Hilton on Purley Way in Croydon on 6 April 2026. Five speakers across banking, property development, financial services and HMOs, for a room of working professionals.

The same event taken north on 23 May 2026, at the Friends' Meeting House on Mount Street. Focused on first-time mortgages, landlords who hold a portfolio alongside a job, and why protection belongs inside a property plan.

The largest edition so far, and the first to run as a full Landlord and Investment Expo. Six hours at Grove House on 1 August 2026: expo stalls and open networking from midday, four keynote speakers, then questions taken properly.

Event FAQs.

Are the events sales pitches in disguise?

No. The events are education led. Our advisers are usually in the room, available to answer questions and book follow-ups for those who want one. The teaching stays the teaching.

Do I need any prior knowledge to attend?

No. Sessions are designed to work for complete beginners and to still be useful for experienced clients. Our team can point you to the right session if you are unsure.

Are events online or in person?

Both. The Empowerment Through Property editions are in person, mainly in London, with one held in Manchester. Some sessions are online, particularly for people who cannot travel.

How do I get notified of new events?

Can my company or church host a session?

Yes. We run private community events for employers, churches, and networks. Submit a request and we will get back to you within one working day.
