We are a small team advising on mortgages and protection across the UK, and we teach as much as we advise. That shapes the work. Nobody here spends a year on one narrow task, because there is nobody else to pick up the rest of it, so you learn the whole case from first enquiry to completion much faster than you would in a large firm.
It also means the standard is high. Clients trust us with the biggest financial decision of their lives, and a regulated firm has to be able to show its working. You will be asked to be accurate, to write things down, and to say when you do not know something. In return you get real responsibility early, and honest feedback about how you are doing.
We are not for everyone. If you want a large graduate scheme with a clear ladder and a hundred peers, we are the wrong shape. If you want to be useful quickly and to see the whole business, this is a good place to start a career.

You sit with qualified advisers and the founder. Questions get answered the same day, not routed through three managers.
Hours agreed around study or another job. We care that the work lands, not that you were at a desk at nine.
Every role here is built to lead somewhere: to a qualification, to a client-facing role, or to a career elsewhere with real experience behind it.
You apply through the form on the role page. It takes about ten minutes and asks for your CV. We read every application ourselves, and we aim to come back to everyone within ten working days, including the people we are not taking forward.
If your application fits, we invite you to an informal conversation, usually thirty minutes, to talk about what you want and what the role actually involves. After that there is a second meeting with the person you would work alongside, where we go deeper on how you think and how you handle people.
We do not set unpaid test projects and we do not ask for free work. If we need to see how you handle something, we do it together in the room.
We hire on attitude, accuracy and how you treat people. Age, background, ethnicity, faith, disability, gender and where you went to school have no part in the decision, and we are happy to adjust the process for anyone who needs it. Just tell us what would help.
What we do screen hard for is honesty. This is a regulated business handling people's money and their personal circumstances, so if you cut corners or oversell, it will not work here, however good the rest of your application is.
