Meet Emmanuel.
Emmanuel Olukotun
Founder and Director. CeMAP qualified.
Growing up in Brixton in the early 90s, Emmanuel saw firsthand how money operates as a tool of power, and how the lack of financial literacy quietly damages individuals, families, and entire communities.
With more than 15 years across the public and private sectors, including three London local authorities, Emmanuel is now a CeMAP qualified mortgage and protection adviser and Director of Blackstone Property Group.
His focus is teaching people the principles of property and protection, and showing how strategic decisions can change the trajectory of a family. He is a strong advocate of ownership and regularly encourages social tenants to consider the path to becoming homeowners.
