What It Is

One day. The whole picture.

Empowerment Through Property is the event we run for people who are serious about building something through property. It is aimed at working professionals, and the room is deliberately mixed: people who already own sit next to people still working out how to buy their first.

The name says what the day is for. Build wealth, and sustain the health that lets you enjoy it. Each edition is then shaped around the room in front of us, so the format changes. The first two ran as focused sessions in Croydon and Manchester. The third ran as a full Landlord and Investment Expo, with an additional theme of Wealth meets Health.

Most property education is sold in fragments. One person teaches you how to find a deal. Another teaches you how to finance it. Very few explain how the finance, the tax position, the legal work and the protection sit together, or what happens to all of it if your income stops for six months. ETP puts those conversations in the same room on the same day.

The professionals are there to be asked things directly. Solicitors, accountants, builders, architects, mortgage and protection advisers. Nobody is on stage to sell you a course.

What Happens

Three things you get from the day.

The programme changes with the theme. What the day is for does not.

People you can ask

Expo stalls staffed by working professionals across property and finance. This is the part attendees tell us they value most: asking the question they have been putting off, to someone who answers it properly.

Teaching, not pitching

Keynote sessions from people running portfolios, businesses and practices. Practical and current, with the reasoning shown rather than just the conclusion.

Something to act on

A live question and answer session to close. The aim is that everyone leaves with one clear next step, not a reading list and a good feeling.

Previous Editions

Where we have run it.

Three editions across 2026, in April, May and August. Mainly London, with one in Manchester to cover the north properly. Same event each time, shaped around what the room in front of us actually needed.

Empowerment Through Property: London, April 2026

A practical wealth building event for working professionals

Monday 6 April 2026 Hilton Hotel, Purley Way, Croydon, CR9 4HH

The first Empowerment Through Property, and the edition that set the pattern. Five speakers across banking, property development, financial services and HMOs, in a room of working professionals who had decided to stop guessing at property and start understanding it.

Empowerment Through Property: Manchester, May 2026

A practical wealth building event for working professionals

Saturday 23 May 2026 Friends' Meeting House, 6 Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NS

The same event taken north, seven weeks later. Built around first-time mortgages, landlords who hold a portfolio alongside a job, and why protection belongs inside a property plan rather than bolted on after it.

Additional theme: Wealth meets Health

Saturday 1 August 2026, 12pm to 6pm Grove House, 27 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 0NE

The largest edition so far, and the first to run as a full Landlord and Investment Expo. Six hours at Grove House in Hammersmith: expo stalls and open networking from midday, a keynote block from four speakers, then questions taken properly. The theme asked a fair question, which is what the point of building wealth you are not well enough to enjoy actually is.

Common Questions

Questions about ETP.

When is the next edition?

Three editions ran in 2026, in April, May and August. From here we run two a year. The next two are planned for 2027, one in spring and one in autumn. Dates, venue and speakers go to the PCS newsletter first, so joining the list is the earliest way to hear.

Where do you run it?

Mainly London. We ran the May 2026 edition in Manchester to cover the north, and we may look at the Midlands. Each edition is announced with its venue.

Who is it for?

Landlords and portfolio investors, first-time buyers, and anyone who wants to understand property finance properly before committing to it. You do not need any prior knowledge to get value from the day.

Is it free?

It varies by edition. Some have been free, others ticketed at a low price to cover the venue. Ticketing is always announced with the event.

Is it a sales pitch?

No. Our advisers are in the room and available to book a follow-up if you want one. The teaching stays the teaching, and no session is built around selling you something on the day.

Can we host an edition with you?

We partner with churches, employers, community groups and professional networks to run private property education sessions. Tell us about your community and we will tell you what is possible.
