Why we exist

Built on Purpose. Driven by Impact

Property Clinic Solutions exists because most people are sold financial products without ever being taught how the product works. We are here to change that for the clients we serve.
Across mortgages and protection, every recommendation we make is built on transparency, professionalism, and the regulatory standard of acting in the client's best interest. We are not here for the transaction. We are here to build a relationship that lasts through the second mortgage, the third remortgage, and the protection review every year after.
And we teach. Free community workshops and ticketed deep-dive events across the UK on property, mortgages, protection, and credit. Because informed clients make better decisions, and better decisions build better lives.
THE FOUNDER

Emmanuel Olukotun

Director and Principal Broker
Emmanuel grew up in Brixton in the 90s. He saw firsthand how money is used as a tool of power, and how the absence of financial literacy holds individuals, families, and entire communities back.
Fifteen years of professional experience across the public and private sectors, including three London local authorities, gave him a working understanding of housing, finance, and the systems that govern both. He qualified as a CeMAP mortgage and protection adviser and founded Property Clinic Solutions to do something most firms will not: serve the people the high street ignores, and teach the principles most advisers never bother to explain.
His passion is property education. He is a strong advocate of ownership, regularly encourages social tenants to consider the path to homeownership, and delivers in-person workshops across the UK alongside the day-to-day work of advising clients.
