Secure your Agreement in Principle to show sellers you are serious about buying. We approach suitable lenders and complete the initial credit assessment to strengthen your position before making any offers.

Choose and instruct a solicitor early

Select a solicitor you trust as early as possible in the process. Having legal representation ready ensures everything can move quickly once your offer has been accepted. They can begin essential checks, handle paperwork efficiently, and guide you through the legal steps with confidence and clarity.

Start searching for your new home

With your budget confirmed and Agreement in Principle secured, you can begin viewing properties confidently and focus on finding a home that fits your needs and plans. Have your offer accepted

Exchange contracts with confidence

Your solicitor exchanges contracts with the seller’s solicitor, and a completion date is legally agreed. At this point, the purchase becomes legally binding for both parties. Complete and collect your keys

On completion day, funds are transferred to the seller and you receive your keys. You officially become a homeowner and can move into your new property. This is the moment everything becomes real, and your journey as a homeowner truly begins.
