Mr Emmanuel Olukotun is a CEMAP qualified mortgage and protection advisor as well as the Director of Blackstone Property Group Ltd. He has more than 15+ years working both for public and private sectors and has worked for 3 London local authorities in his career.
Growing up in Brixton in the early 90s – he gained the unteachable experience on the power and influence of money, and how it is often negatively used as a bait or tool to discredit, tempt or misguide many young people.
He also vividly witnessed how the lack of financial literacy and the core understand of a positive relationship with money could lead to bad decision that eventually impact a generation, a community and even a nation.
His burning passion is now to help teach people on the valuable importance of understanding the principles of property investing and how strategic decisions can be made to empower individuals, families and communities at large.
He is an advocate of ‘ownership’ and regularly encourages and promotes many social tenants to become homeowners through exercising their Right to Buy or Right to Acquire.
He also creates awareness and promotes the benefits of building generational wealth in an ever increasing challenging and economic society.
